Carpooling: We will assist with carpooling to and from the venue.
On-Site Parking: If you live locally and will be driving to the venue, parking is limited, and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Carpooling is encouraged. We will send a list of local participants closer to the retreat date.
Hotel Recommendations
Depending on your arrival and if you need to do an overnight stay before or after our meeting days, both Boulder (where we are meeting) and Denver (including the airport) have ample options.
Here is the Boulder Convention & Visitors’ Bureau official hotels guide, as well as the City of Boulder’s visitor’s guide.
Travel Subsidy
All lodging and meals will be covered for every participant. Participants are responsible for booking their own travel. We do have scholarships for those who need partial or full help. We ask that anyone receiving this help books economy coach fare with advanced booking to ensure the most reasonable fare.
After the retreat has concluded, participants requesting a travel subsidy will be asked to send an invoice with receipts to process their reimbursement. If you will be requesting a travel reimbursement, please let Huyen know at your earliest convenience.
COVID-19
Our goal is to provide a safe and intimate space for gathering during the ongoing pandemic. We expect all participants to be vaccinated and to take a rapid antigen COVID-19 test 24 hours prior to the convening start time. We will also provide antigen tests each day of the meeting for participants to take. This will allow everyone to relax and feel safe together.
